Artisan Bread

I make this bread at least every other week.  This is 'Boule' bread mix from the book "Artisan Bread in five Minutes a Day" by Jeff Hertzberg and Zoe Francois.  You can get the entire recipe on http://www.food.com/recipe/5-minute-artisan-bread-325571
This is a highly requested recipe that I am now going to share.  It has been requested at every party where I served the bread with spinach dip.  It also goes really good with pesto.  We will be having some with dinner.  Enjoy!
